TERMS & CONDITIONS
This voucher entitles the bearer to a dining experience at BILLY HO, as stated on the front of the voucher. Please read the following conditions carefully before use.
Validity
• The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue, unless a different expiry date is clearly printed on the voucher.
• Vouchers are intended for single use only. Any remaining value after redemption will be forfeited.
Redemption & Booking
• This voucher can only be redeemed for dine-in meals at BILLY HO.
• Advance booking is mandatory. Please reserve via the QR code, our website (billyho.co), or official reservation contacts.
• The original voucher must be presented before or at the time of billing.
Restrictions
• Vouchers are not valid on:
Christmas Eve (24 December)
Christmas Day (25 December)
New Year’s Eve (31 December)
New Year’s Day (1 January)
Special events, such as Nom Nom Kitchen Takeovers
Seasonal or promotional set menus
Private functions or group bookings (8+ guests)
• Vouchers are not transferable between restaurants.
Payment Terms
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, returned for a refund, or extended beyond the expiry date.
• If the total bill exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid by cash, debit, or credit card.
• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
• Vouchers are the responsibility of the holder. They will not be reissued or replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
• If you suspect unauthorised use or fraud, please contact booking@billyho.co immediately with:
• Proof of purchase
• Voucher ID number
• A valid photo ID for verification
Rights Reserved
• BILLY HO reserves the right to:
• Refuse a voucher that appears damaged, copied, or tampered with
• Cancel a voucher if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised use
• Vouchers remain the property of BILLY HO until fully redeemed.
