1. Due to limited seating capacity, we encourage you to book in advance via our website.
  2. We welcome walk-ins on our high bar chairs. First come first serve.
  3. Our team will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes after your allocated booking time.
  4. We offer a time slot of 90 minutes for booking of 1-7 people.
  5. For large groups from 8 up to 20 people, please contact us via email for different terms and conditions.
  6. Billy Ho’s dress code: smart casual.
  7. We do not provide a kid’s menu and we only have a limited space for pushchairs and prams.
  8. For any cancellation or change, we will be glad to assist you via email booking@billyho.co. Please note that any update or cancellation should be submitted at least 48 hours ahead of your booking time.
  9. Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged.
  10. Please be sure to mention all dietary and allergies when you make a booking.
  11. Billy Ho’s Team is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
