Private Events
Private events at Billy Ho, on Jalan Pantai Batu Bolong in Canggu, at lunch or dinner. The dining room comfortably accommodates 66 guests seated, or 85 with the lounge and large bar space. For more intimate events, it features two long tables, one seating 16 guests and the other 18, for up to 34 guests in total.
With a modern Japanese menu by chef Will Meyrick, a bar known for inventive cocktails and a team dedicated to seamless service, hosting at Billy Ho is about a night that has time to stretch.

You can have the Large Group Set Menu or The Gathering, or request a custom set menu. Custom menus must be requested at least two weeks before the event, and dietary requirements can be discussed before the menu is confirmed.

Terms and conditions
Booking and payment
- A 50% deposit is required one month before the event to confirm the booking.
- The menu must be chosen two weeks before the date.
- Prices are subject to change. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
- An invoice is issued for transparency and payment tracking.
Guest numbers
- Maximum 66 guests seated, or 85 with the lounge and large bar space. The final headcount must be confirmed at least 15 days before the event.
- Any increase beyond the confirmed number is charged accordingly.
Children
- Under 6: complimentary.
- 6 to 11: 50% of the adult rate.
- 12 to 17: full adult rate, excluding the alcohol package.
- A children’s menu must be confirmed at least one week in advance.
Timing
- The event begins at the agreed time.
- Overtime beyond the arranged schedule is charged hourly.
Food and drink
- The beverage package includes a welcome drink, up to five cocktails, a selection of red and white wines, and sparkling wine.
- No full bottles of spirits on tables. Shots are not included unless arranged in advance.
- BYO is not permitted when taking our beverage package.
Cancellation
- More than 30 days before the event: full refund, excluding transfer fees.
- 15 to 30 days before: 50% charge.
- Fewer than 14 days before: 100% charge.
