Group Dining
Group dining at Billy Ho, Canggu, runs on set menus: the kitchen sends the courses, the whole table is served together and nobody has to study the menu. There are five, from a table of two to a party of thirty. Most dietary requirements can be accommodated, so tell us what you need on the form below.
Choose your menu
Select a menu to see what is served, its price and the minimum number of guests.
Prices are per person, in thousands of rupiah, and subject to service charge and government tax.
- Early Bird. The early dinner set menu, every day from 5pm to 6.30pm. From two guests.
- Feed Me. Leave it to the kitchen: a chef-curated run through the signatures, served to the whole table, with an optional wine pairing. From two guests.
- Large Group Set Menu. The full spread for a long table, course after course, so a big party is served together. From eleven guests.
- The Gathering. Made for a party, with a complimentary bottle of spirits for the table. From ten guests.
- Girls Night Out. A set menu for the table with a bottle of prosecco on us. From six guests.
The courses change with the season, so each menu shows what is served today.

Drinks
A two-hour beverage package is available, with house pours, a choice of two house wines and five selected cocktails. The price comes with your quote.

Booking terms
Size and seating
- Group bookings are for up to 30 guests, at lunch or dinner. From ten guests we ask the table to choose a set menu or to pre-order.
- Each set menu has its own minimum number of guests, shown with the menu.
- Sitting times are arranged with our team when you enquire.
Deposit
- A deposit confirms the booking. The amount is given with your quote.
- Deposits may be paid by payment link or bank transfer, and are credited to the bill on the day.
- Prices are subject to 7.5% service charge and 10% government tax.
Pre-orders and dietary requirements
- Menu selections and dietary requests should be finalised at least 48 hours in advance.
- Guests ordering à la carte instead of a set menu are encouraged to pre-order so service runs smoothly.
Confirming your booking
- Please confirm the final number of adults and children at least 48 hours before the booking.
- Tentative bookings may be released if we have not heard from you, particularly in peak season.
- Once the deposit is received the booking is confirmed and we send a confirmation email.
- Tell us at the time of booking about birthdays, anniversaries or anything else we should prepare for.
