Billy Ho is the modern Japanese restaurant by chef Will Meyrick on Jalan Pantai Batu Bolong. The sushi list takes in nigiri, sashimi, hand rolls, oshi sushi and uramaki, and it is on from 11am every day, at lunch and at dinner.
Some of it plays things straight. Some of it meets a flame torch and a little spicy mayo. All of it is ready for passing around the table.

What sushi does Billy Ho serve?
Nigiri, sashimi, hand rolls, oshi sushi and uramaki, plus the tuna sushi taco and the flame-torched salmon tornado. The full list is on the dinner menu.
Can I have sushi at lunch?
Yes. The sushi list is on at lunch and dinner, and the lunch menu adds the Billy Ho Sushi Sampler Box.
Is there sushi without raw fish?
Yes. Try the Soft-Shell Crab Uramaki or the Chicken Katsu Uramaki. Ask your waiter and they will point you to the rest.
What do you drink with sushi?

Is Billy Ho only a sushi restaurant?
No. We are a modern Japanese restaurant in Canggu, with dumplings, grilled skewers, ramen and big plates to share as well.
