The bar.
The bar is part of the experience from the first drink. A Strawberry Will Spritz makes a bright beginning. Tokyo Bloom brings yuzu and elderflower, and a Tiramisu Martini gives the evening somewhere delicious to finish. Sake and a food-friendly wine list offer plenty more to explore.
There is plenty of bar seating and walk-ins are welcome. On Fridays and Saturdays, DJs lift the room from 7pm to 10pm, and Cocktail Collective brings guest bartenders and special collaborations through the year.

Come in from the beach and stay for the atmosphere. Dark timber, warm bronze accents and soft lighting give Billy Ho a mood of its own, and full air conditioning keeps daytime dining comfortable.
Two long communal tables make shared dinners feel right at home, for birthdays, holiday catch-ups and girls’ nights that deserve an actual booking. On Fridays and Saturdays, DJs play from 7pm to 10pm.

Billy Ho is the modern Japanese restaurant and cocktail bar by chef Will Meyrick, on Jalan Pantai Batu Bolong in Canggu, Bali. Japanese techniques and flavours guide the menu, with influences from across East Asia.
Do I need to book for events?
Evenings fill quickly, so book ahead. You can book a table online or send a WhatsApp message to +62 877 3552 2232. Walk-ins are welcome if a table is free.

Is Billy Ho open every day?
Billy Ho is open every day from 11am until 11pm. Lunch runs from 11am until 5pm and dinner from 5pm until 10.30pm.
